If the payment was made via Razorpay, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please initiate a return for the item and place a new order for the desired product.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us immediately. We will provide a return shipping label and cover the return shipping costs.
